- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

- In the unlikely event that your item should arrive damaged: please get in touch within 14 days of the item arriving and include photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

 

- Returns and refunds will be made at the discretion of Michelle Heron.

 

- Upon the return of the item in satisfactory condition in the original packaging using a tracked postal service within 14 days, I will refund you the purchase price of the piece. I cannot refund the original shipping costs

- If ordering from a country outside the UK your parcel may be subject to duty charges from customs upon import. All additional duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
