The prices of prints vary depending on the paper size and edition options:

29 x 21cm (A4)

• Limited edition: £50

29 x 42cm (A3)

• Limited edition: £100 or £120 depending on edition number

• Open Edition: £80

For Fine Art prints, please allow 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched. I usually dispatch in 1 week but sometimes there are delays with Royal Mail and the company who produce my prints. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with shipping details to track your order. If you need the print sooner please contact me and I can try to expedite your order.

In the event your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 3 days of delivery. I ask that you email photos of your damaged print to me at michelleheronart@gmail.com. I will work quickly to replace your order.

Yes, all Fine Art Prints are archival. They are made with specialised inks and paper that are designed to resist fading and yellowing over time. Proper storage conditions like keeping prints away from direct sunlight and high humidity are important to maximize the lifespan of the prints. I also strive to use the best environmentally friendly materials and methods.

All Fine Art Prints are custom made to order, so I am unable to offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.

I ship everywhere apart from the EU and Northern Island. Unfortunately due to the new GPSR rules I’m no longer able to ship prints, greeting cards or original paintings to the EU and Northern Ireland as it’s too costly for me.

Yes! I only take on a few commissions each year, as they take up more time. Happy to discuss ideas and budgets/size with no obligation to go ahead if it's not right for you*. And I can always recommend other artists who might be a better fit. 

*A 50% non-refundable deposit is required after budget and concept are agreed upon, and before any work starts on the commission.

I do not include a price nor an invoice within any of my shipments. But also you can select that the item is a gift at the checkout on Etsy and it will be wrapped specially in coloured tissue paper.
